The App provides organizational tools and features including multiple spaces, private folders, notes, contacts, multi-tab browsing, and device information.

2. Multiple Spaces and Apps

The App provides spaces for organizing supported content and activities.

The App does not grant you ownership or additional rights to third-party applications, services, trademarks, or content that you access or organize through the App.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party service you use.

3. User Content

You are responsible for any notes, contacts, files, webpages, or other content that you add, access, store, or manage through the App.

You must not use the App to store, distribute, or access unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

4. Private Folders

Private Folders are provided as an organizational and privacy-related feature.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any passcode, authentication method, or security mechanism used to protect your content.

We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

5. Browser Usage

The built-in browser allows you to access third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, or policies of third-party websites.

Your interactions with third-party websites are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, interface, graphics, text, software, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Jose Wu and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful activities.

Attempt to interfere with the operation of the App.

Reverse engineer or modify the App except where legally permitted.

Use the App to violate the rights of others.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Misuse third-party services accessed through the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or third-party service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jose Wu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
