End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Jose Wu for your use of Multiple Accounts - Dual Apps.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Jose Wu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control.

This license is provided for personal use unless otherwise expressly authorized.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.

Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App.

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent such activity is permitted by applicable law.

Use the App for unlawful purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with or provide access to third-party applications, websites, or services.

Jose Wu does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, content, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third-party terms.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the App and for any content you create, store, access, or manage through it.

You must ensure that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and third-party service requirements.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

6. Updates

We may provide updates, improvements, bug fixes, or modifications to the App. Some updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility, security, or functionality.

7. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with this EULA.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jose Wu will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Apple

This EULA is between you and Jose Wu, not Apple.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, intellectual property claims, or claims that the App fails to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce this EULA against you.
